Popis: Souprava E.Z.N.A.® bacterial DNA kit umožňuje rychlou a spolehlivou izolaci vysoce kvalitní celkové buněčné DNA ze širokého spektra bakterií. Souprava využívá optimálních lyzačních podmínek, v každé kolonce lze zpracovat až 1×10⁹ bakteriálních buněk. Bez organické extrakce - úspora času i plastového odpadu, což umožňuje zpracovávat současně více vzorků. Bakteriální buňky jsou pěstovány do log-fáze a následně použity. Buněčná stěna je odstraněna štěpením lysozymem a mechanicky pomocí kuliček, následně štěpením proteázou. Po lyzi jsou upraveny vazebné podmínky a vzorek je dále purifikován pomocí HiBind DNA centrifugačních kolonek. Dva rychlé promývací kroky odstraní stopy solí a kontaminujících proteinů a poté je DNA eluována vodou nebo elučním pufrem. Purifikovaná DNA může být přímo použita pro následné aplikace bez nutnosti dalšího čištění.
